Emotional Eating Workshops

If so, join our 1-hour monthly emotional eating workshop, held the first Saturday of the month from 9:30-10:30 am pacific time. You'll be with like minds, as so many of us struggle with eating for reasons other than physical hunger. A few examples of our past topics include overeating after parties and holidays (post-event fallout) and nighttime eating. You'll receive so much support in the monthly workshop, and will have access to our follow-up notes and extra resources. This is a $15/month subscription.
