In our full subscription BehaviorSelf sessions, I facilitate 3 one-hour virtual group sessions a week where we tackle big concepts. Think of it as life coaching meets wellness.

A few examples of our past topics, areas that may have held us back from making sustainable change, include regret, perfectionism and procrastination. This full $50/month subscription membership also includes thorough weekly notes, extensive additional resources tied to each valuable topic, a 1-hour monthly Emotional Eating Workshop and a 1-hour Monthly Meetup. Emotional Eating Workshops

If so, join our 1-hour monthly emotional eating workshop, held the first Saturday of the month from 9:30-10:30 am pacific time. You'll be with like minds, as so many of us struggle with eating for reasons other than physical hunger. A few examples of our past topics include overeating after parties and holidays (post-event fallout) and nighttime eating. You'll receive so much support in the monthly workshop, and will have access to our follow-up notes and extra resources. This is a $15/month subscription.

Personal Coaching with Martha

I am a personal coach, having coached hundreds of individuals one-on-one over the past 24 years. My past clients have worked on weight management, wellness, building self-confidence both professionally and personally, enhancing positive communications and interactions with others, and so much more. I know how to listen. To support. To guide. And to help you be accountable. Most of my personal coaching clients prefer to meet weekly, but I'm open to whatever schedule works best for you. We can meet for a 30 minute session or two back-to-back sessions. If the coaching schedule below doesn't work for you, please let me know some good days and times and we'll find a match.

Personal coaching with Martha is $50 for a 30 minute session or $100 for a 1-hour session.
